Not All Water Flows Down

Not All Water Flows Down

22″ x 38″, Oil and Graphite, 2009

For the most part, we can only see water that moves with Newton, downward, but there is also the vapor that moves invisibly in all directions. We need to remember that there is more to our context than what we can see, and if we ignore that aspect we will be paying no heed to the majority. The good thing is that in the case of nature, the majority always plays fairly.
